He has over 12 years of providing Executive Search and Consulting for Professional Service firms of all sizes. Steve specializes in Partner Placement, Acquisitions Services, and Firm Consulting. He has delivered on Partner searches for Tax, Audit, TAS, Cyber, General Accounting, and various other Advisory roles. Steve is also a trusted advisor who has helped firms buy and sell their practice, along with redesigning the interview processes to best attract talent.
John Gaw
